Theresa McDowell possesses a diverse background in operations and customer service within the hospitality and emergency services sectors. Since March 2015, Theresa has held the role of Two Harbor Director of Operations at Catalina Island Company, while also serving as Visitors Services and Campground Manager for both Catalina Island Company and Catalina Island Resorts Services. In addition, Theresa has been a Patrol Fire Fighter with the Los Angeles County Fire Department since May 2005, demonstrating a strong commitment to public safety and community service.
