Hector Lemus has extensive experience in property management and housing programs, currently serving as Property Manager for South Scattered Sites and supervising the Homeless Incentive Program and Housing Advisor Unit at the Los Angeles County Development Authority since October 2012. Responsibilities include developing and executing the Veteran Incentive Program and compiling quarterly reports for Measure H. Previously, Hector maintained a waiting list of over 40,000 applicants and directed a team as the Applications and Eligibility Unit Supervisor, supervised enforcement of housing quality standards as the HQS Operation Unit Supervisor, and conducted inspections to ensure compliance as an HQS Inspector. Earlier experience includes serving as an HQS Inspector for the City of Santa Monica and as a member of the United States Marine Corps. Hector holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills and an Associate of Arts from Santa Monica College.
