Ruqayyah Muhammad is an experienced professional in the field of public health and homeless services. Currently serving as the Housing for Health Project Manager at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, Ruqayyah has also held positions such as Lead Homeless Services Consultant (Part-time) at ICF and Associate Director of Special Projects at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. In addition, Ruqayyah has experience as a Research Program Manager (Remote) at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and as a Program Manager at Covenant House Illinois. Ruqayyah holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Benedictine University and a certification in Applied Project Management from Northwestern University.
