Vache Sharyan, PharmD, MHA, BCPS, APh has worked in various roles throughout their career. They started as a Pharmacy Intern at Kaiser Permanente in 2015 before transitioning to roles at VA Portland Health Care System, where they served as an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist and completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency. They then worked at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist before returning to Kaiser Permanente as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist and later as a Pharmacist In Charge. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente. Currently, Vache Sharyan is the Director of Pharmaceutical Care at the Los Angeles Cancer Network and will transition to the role of Senior Director of Operations and Pharmacy Services in 2023.
Vache Sharyan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Pacific University, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, during their time at Pacific University, Vache Sharyan also obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree in 2016.
