Katherine Blum is an experienced administrative and customer service professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory since July 2022, Katherine previously held positions including Fraud Accounting Associate at The Walt Disney Company and numerous roles at Walt Disney World, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer relations and operational support. With extensive experience in team leadership, inventory management, and guest services, Katherine has developed advanced skills in customer service and administrative tasks. Katherine holds a Technical Certification in Medical Transcription and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Media Arts and Animation from The Art Institutes, alongside a Certificate of Completion in Teacher Cadet from T. H. Pickens Technical College.
