Javier Arroyo is a Research and Development Engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory since September 2023 and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since June 2022. Prior experience includes a Summer Internship at Sandia National Laboratories, where Javier focused on the effects of dynamics on bolted-joints within the NOMAD group, and a Research Assistant position at the University Transportation Center for Railway Safety, where fabrication and assembly of dynamic tester rigs were key responsibilities. Javier is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, having previously earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
