As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist I am in charge of identifying the opportunities to improve efficiency in the workplace. My team uses the data generated in the workplace to identify and provide insights to the shopfloor team. Having worked for 6.5 years on a professional shopfloor, and having taken an MBA, I am well positioned to convey the use of data to the shopfloor as well as to the senior management.
