Ashleigh Cross has extensive experience in human resources across several organizations. Currently, Ashleigh serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at Lorien Health Services, having previously held the roles of Corporate Employee Engagement & Retention Manager and Human Resources Director. Prior to this, Ashleigh contributed to WhyHotel as an Associate of People Experience, focusing on onboarding, HR compliance, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Ashleigh's earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group.
