Stephanie Wan currently serves as the Head of Rooms at Lore Group, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Director of Rooms at One Hundred Shoreditch from November 2021 to December 2023, managing all aspects of Rooms Operations during the pre-opening phase. Stephanie's extensive experience includes serving as Front of House Manager during pre-opening periods at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square and The Barcelona EDITION, as well as roles in guest experience and front office management at various prestigious hotels, including Principal Hotel Company and The Upper House. Stephanie holds a 2:1 degree in Sociology from Bristol University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
