Jessica Daley, MSHRM, is currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Parker Lord since January 2024. Previously, Jessica worked as a Recruiter at the Achievement Center of LECOM Health and held various roles at UPMC, including Recruiter, Employment Specialist, Project Coordinator for UPMC Travel Staffing, and Recruiting Assistant from September 2021 to July 2023. Additional experience includes positions at UPMC Health Plan as a Claims Examiner, COB Specialist, and COB Verification Processor, as well as roles at Giant Eagle, Inc. as a Pharmacy Technician. Jessica also has experience in sports marketing and promotions through internships with the Erie SeaWolves and Erie BayHawks, and worked as a Retail Intelligence Agent for Oakley. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
