Ron Hawk has a long and varied career in sales and finance. Ron has been in the business since 1987, when they began as the Director of Finance for Papa Aldo's Pizza. In 1988, they became a Sales Partner at Wood Associates, where they managed the Portland office and provided corporate gifts and employee stores for Fortune 500 clients. In 2002, they moved to Jack Nadel International as an Account Executive, where they managed corporate gift and employee store needs. In 2006, they took on the role of Sr. Account Executive at CorpLogoWare, where they managed USA Olympic corporate sponsor relationships. Ron then moved to WorkflowOne in 2008, where they were a Sr. Account Executive managing NIKE, Tektronix, and PacifiCorp. In 2009, they joined BrandVia Alliance as a Sustainability Account Manager, managing client relationships and green/compostable product offerings. In 2011, they became the Past President of the Portland Chapter of the Oregon Alumni Association, where they led the chapter and connected alumni through events. In 2014, they joined DriveMG as National Accounts Director, managing sustainable product offerings. Finally, in 2017, they became the Director of Collaborative Sales at Looptworks.

Ron Hawk obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
