Ian Redman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Project Director and Project Engineering Manager at Loop Technology Ltd since February 2015, Ian specializes in delivering advanced automation solutions with a focus on composite handling. Previously, Ian held the position of Project Engineer and Design Engineer at Rotalink Limited from September 2003 to February 2015, where responsibilities included managing the control section of the Rotalink Catalogue and designing motor control hardware and firmware. Earlier experience includes roles as Design and Development Technician and Production Assistant at Integrated Design Limited, where Ian was involved in product testing, technical manual authoring, and small batch production. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Brunel University of London, earned between 1999 and 2003.
