Megan Reynolds is an experienced operational director with a robust background in mental health and support services. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Look Ahead Care and Support since March 2015, Megan oversees services for young people, homelessness, and complex needs across London and the South East. Previous roles include Deputy Director of Operations, Head of Operations for Mental Health, and various operational management positions within mental health services across London. Megan also held the role of Contract Manager at Richmond Psychosocial Foundation International and has experience as Clinical and Operational Lead at HAGAM, along with significant contributions as a Projects Manager and Registered Counsellor at the Cape Town Drug Counselling Centre. Academically, Megan holds multiple degrees in Psychology from Stellenbosch University and University of South Africa.
