Julie Blair, FCIPD, currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People Committee at Wandle since February 2023. Julie holds an extensive background in human resources, having held various senior roles including Executive Director of Corporate Services and Executive Director of People at Look Ahead Care and Support since September 2016. Previous experience includes serving as an Independent Committee Member at Southern Housing Group, and multiple senior HR positions at Circle Housing, Barnet College, Home Group, Affinity Sutton, Iceland Foods, and Ellert Retail Operations. Julie possesses a BA Honours degree in HR and Marketing.
