Sarah Wulhfard is a highly experienced professional in the field of analytical development and project leadership, currently serving as the Head of Phys-Chem Analytical Development and Project Leadership at Lonza DPS since November 2021. Prior to this position, Sarah held roles at Solvias as a Customer Project Leader in the Bioanalytical Department from January 2018 to October 2021, and at Philochem AG where responsibilities included Head of Antibody Development and Preclinical Research, Head of Antibody Engineering, and Scientist focused on Mammalian Cell Culture and Recombinant Protein Production from July 2009 to December 2017. Earlier in Sarah's career, an internship in Analytical Development was completed at Serono SA from September 2003 to December 2004. Sarah Wulhfard earned a PhD in Sciences from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) between 2005 and 2009 and an MSc in Industrial Biotechnology from Università degli Studi di Torino from 1998 to 2003.
