Rasha Nadim currently serves as the Global Head of Quality Supply Chain and Compliance Operations at Lonza, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rasha held various key positions at Novartis from July 2016 to March 2023, including Head of Operational Excellence CONEXTS and Regional Head Chain of Identity Cell & Gene Supply Chain. Rasha also worked as the Head of Quality Assurance at Sandoz AG from September 2013 to June 2016 and held multiple positions at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, beginning as the Head of Quality Management and IT Compliance from May 2009 to August 2013. Earlier professional experiences include Project Quality Manager roles at Sandoz in Brazil and Switzerland, as well as an e-Compliance/QA officer position at Novartis-Egypt. Rasha holds a Diploma in Programming and Web Development from the American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals from Cairo University.
