Ken Pearson is an experienced engineering technician with a diverse background in the energy sector and material sciences. Currently serving as Engineering Technician II at Lonza and Engineering Technician at Capsugel since December 2014, Pearson focuses on late stage spray dried dispersion development for API delivery. Previously, as the owner and founder of SunSource Consulting LLC, Pearson provided expertise in solar energy solutions to various organizations in Oregon. Pearson's earlier roles include Technical Services Project Manager at PV Powered, where project management and customer service were prioritized, and Process Engineer/Inside Sales Manager at IdaTech, where customer training on fuel cell systems was conducted. Pearson began a professional career as a Membrane Chemist at Bend Research, overseeing teams and managing contracts for polymeric membrane technology development. Pearson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant and Soil Sciences from California State University, Chico, complemented by coursework at Los Angeles Pierce College.
