Holger Hermann has extensive experience in the field of supply chain and program management within the custom manufacturing sector, currently serving as Senior Director at Lonza since 2005. Prior roles at Lonza include Senior Program Manager, Project Manager, and Evaluation Manager in custom manufacturing, alongside leadership positions as AD/QC Manager and Head of QC at Tides Business. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Fellow in Computational Chemistry at both the Max-Planck Research Institute and the University of Auckland, contributing to metal organic and polymer chemistry topics. Holger Hermann holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from The Philipp University of Marburg, completed in 2000.
