Charlotte Kerr currently serves as the Manager of Investor Relations, FP&A, and Treasury Operations at Longtail Re since April 2024. Prior experience includes a series of roles at Hudson Structured Capital Management Ltd., culminating in the position of VP, Fund Controller for Reinsurance and Ventures, as well as VP, Head of Valuations and Assistant Controller from June 2019 to March 2024. Prior to this, Charlotte worked at KPMG in Bermuda and KPMG UK, where responsibilities included managerial and audit roles. Earlier career experience includes a placement in the Flavour and Fragrances Department at Procter & Gamble. Charlotte holds a CA designation from ICAS and an MChem with First Class Honours from The University of Edinburgh.
