Mariana Aguirre is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this venture, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in a labor training school, teaching applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
