Jill Ratke is a seasoned professional in the real estate and asset management sectors, currently serving as Partner and Senior Director of Asset Services at Longfellow Real Estate Partners, LLC since July 2012. Prior to this role, Jill worked as a Financial Coordinator at Federal Realty Investment Trust from May 2009 to July 2012 and served as a Structures/Physics Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania from September 2006 to May 2009. Jill's earlier experience includes an Architectural Internship at Clark Nexsen in 2006 and a Designer position at Robert A.M. Stern Architects from 2003 to 2005. Jill holds an MBA in Real Estate from The Wharton School, a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Spanish from Lehigh University.
