Virginie Lanier is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as DRH for Longchamp since March 2023, Virginie previously held the role of Directrice des Ressources Humaines Groupe at GreenYellow, where responsibilities included strategic governance and HR development initiatives. At Groupe NUXE, as DGA in charge of HR, Virginie managed a team of 18 and oversaw a comprehensive HR strategy for 900 employees across 12 international subsidiaries. Virginie's earlier roles included HR Director positions at Hermès and Fnac, where key projects involved organizational restructures and the implementation of performance reporting systems. Virginie holds a degree from Montpellier Business School and completed additional training as a professional coach.
