Gerald Rivera has worked in the business field since 2012. Gerald began their career at Owens & Minor as an Operations Supervisor/Blue Yonder Super User. In 2019, they joined Longbow Advantage as a Business Analyst, then moved up to Senior Business Analyst and later Business Architect.

Gerald Rivera attended the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 2011 to 2011, studying Chemical Engineering. Gerald also obtained four certifications from Blue Yonder in July of 2020: Warehouse Management Functional Consultant, Warehouse Management Technical Consultant, Warehouse Management Functional Consultant, and Warehouse Management Technical Consultant.
