Robert Quatroni is a seasoned professional in quantitative and systematic trading recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Quantitative/Systematic Recruiting at Long Ridge Partners since June 2023. Prior to this role, Quatroni held the position of Senior Director at Tandym Group from October 2018 to June 2023, specializing in electronic and algorithmic markets. Quatroni's extensive experience includes a tenure as Senior Quantitative Trading Recruiter at The Hagan-Ricci Group from January 2009 to September 2018 and internships at The Golf Channel and Provident Group in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Quatroni earned a degree in International Business with a Spanish minor, along with studies in Finance, Economics, Marketing, and International Law from Rollins College between 2004 and 2008.
