Tracey Hodurski RPh has an extensive background in pharmaceutical sciences and talent strategy, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Long Island University since January 2018. Concurrently, Tracey has been with CVS Health since June 2004, advancing to the role of Senior Advisor of Enterprise Pharmacy Talent Strategy, where responsibilities include formulating and implementing strategies for talent identification and development across a significant operational network in the Northeast. Previous experience includes serving as a Pharmacy District Supervisor at CVS Caremark, overseeing operations across 31 stores in the Queens and Bronx area, and a foundational internship at Artis Drugs. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from St. John's College of Pharmacy.
