Jennifer Thomas currently serves as the Global Head of EDI at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and has held multiple significant leadership roles, including Head of Communications in Data & Analytics at LSEG and Non-Executive Director at Personal Assets Trust. Jennifer also holds the position of Senior Independent Director at both UK Athletics and England Netball. Previous experience includes roles in communications at GSK and various leadership positions at Direct Line Group, where Jennifer was the Director of Internal Communications & Experience and Director of Financial Communications. Jennifer's commitment to community service is demonstrated through board positions at Working Families and Purley Oaks Primary School. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Dance from Scripps College.
