Suzanne Donnelly serves as the Customer & Revenue Growth Director for the Great British Railways Transition Team since May 2021, focusing on enhancing railway services across Britain. With extensive experience in the railway sector, Suzanne has held the position of Programme Director for Passenger Revenue at London North Eastern Railway since June 2018 and has been Commercial Director at Virgin Trains East Coast since October 2005. Previous roles include Lead Director at Network Rail for the Rail Revenue Recovery Group and various revenue management positions at bmi. Suzanne holds a BSSc Hons in Information Management and Sociology from Queen's University Belfast and a Prince 2 certification in Project Management from the University of York.
