Neha Dheer is a seasoned Business Analyst currently employed at the London Metal Exchange since May 2022. Prior to this role, Neha served in various capacities at Lloyds Banking Group from October 2017 to April 2022, including Lead Business Analyst and Business Analyst on the Next Generation Transaction Monitoring (AML) Programme. Neha also worked on the Desktop Transformation Programme at Lloyds Banking Group from April 2015 to August 2017, focusing on the migration of over 7,000 colleagues from Windows XP to Windows 7 and managing related IT processes and stakeholder relationships. Neha holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Computing from Queen Mary University of London.
