Leszek Matlak is an experienced Java Analyst Developer and Consultant with a diverse background in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving at the London Metal Exchange since January 2022, Matlak previously held significant positions at Morgan Stanley as an Equity Swaps Java Analyst Developer from November 2015 to December 2021 and at Lloyds Banking Group as an FX/MM Java Analyst Developer from January 2010 to October 2015. Earlier roles include a Java Security Software Engineer at John Wiley and Sons, a Java Team Lead and Software Project Manager at NTT Europe Ltd., and a Senior Java/J2EE Software Consultant at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Matlak's technical leadership was also demonstrated during tenure as Tech Lead Java/JEE Architect at the Irish Government.
