Christian Mildner's work experience includes roles at various companies. Christian began their career in 2006 as a Junior Bond Desk at Puente Hermanos Sociedad de Bolsa SA. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Junior Structurer at Natixis Corporate Solutions. In 2008, they joined Commerzbank AG, working as a Corporate Commodity Sales - Energy until 2015 when they became the Head of Corporate Commodity Sales - London until 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Corporate Sales at the London Metal Exchange.

Christian Mildner completed their undergraduate studies in Business Administration/Finance at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2003 to 2005. Christian then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance at Universidad del Salvador from 2005 to 2006. Finally, they obtained an Msc degree in "Security Markets, Commodity Markets and Risk Management" from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2006 to 2008.
