Sally Hopper is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director for People at London Fire Brigade since January 2025, Sally previously held significant roles at Hertfordshire County Council, including Human Resources Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources from July 2016 to January 2025. Prior experience includes Head of HR at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Head of Human Resources at The Scout Association, and Resources Manager at the City of London Corporation. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in organizational change from the University of Hertfordshire and a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Nottingham University Business School.
