Dr. Mary-Anne Pilkington is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in leadership development and occupational psychology. Currently serving as the Head of Leadership Development at London Fire Brigade since March 2010, Dr. Pilkington leads initiatives in leadership training, learning support, and coaching for emergency service personnel.
