Jason Picardi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and software development, currently employed at London Computer Systems since December 2020. Prior to this role, Jason served as a Regional Support Technician at Fidelity Investments from September 2017 to September 2020, providing Level 3 remote desktop support and managing nationwide hardware and software deployments. Jason's earlier positions included desktop support at VARtek Services and English teaching roles at Copper Trails School and other educational institutions. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Penn State University and a Master of Education in Secondary Education English from Arizona State University, complemented by technical training from Tech Elevator.
