Francesca Lahiguera is currently serving as a Leadership Career Coach at London Business School since September 2024. Prior to this role, Francesca was a Partner and Engagement Manager at Lancor from February 2007 to August 2024, specializing in executive search for board-level positions. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Consultant at Mission Talent, focusing on critical hires for global health and economic development organizations, and conducting executive searches at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition. Francesca's earlier roles also include consulting at Prospectus, Mercier & Partners, and Heidrick & Struggles, alongside positions in marketing at Sun Microsystems, Informix, and Interleaf. Francesca holds a B.S. in Communications with honors from Boston University and completed high school at H-B Woodlawn.
