Elena-Irina Aldea has extensive experience in recruitment and admissions, currently serving as Senior Recruitment and Admissions Manager for the Executive MBA Global & Sloan programs at London Business School since July 2018, following previous roles within the same institution. Prior to this, Elena-Irina worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Greenwich and completed internships at the Embassy of Romania and IMG Artists. Academically, Elena-Irina holds an MSc in Humanitarian Action from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's Degree in Languages and International Relations from the University of Greenwich.
