Dr. Maryam Bigdeli, MCC, is a seasoned management consultant, leadership strategist, and educator with extensive expertise in organizational development, leadership development, change management, executive assessment, and coaching. As the founder and managing consultant at Neuropa Ltd. since November 2015, Dr. Bigdeli also serves as an affiliate faculty member and programme director at London Business School, a master facilitator at the NeuroLeadership Institute, and an orchestrator at Duke Corporate Education. Additional roles include external faculty at Imperial College Business School, career navigation and leadership development coach at Microsoft, leadership facilitator and executive coach at EY, and senior executive coach at Korn Ferry. Dr. Bigdeli's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology with a focus on the neuroscience of leadership and organizational development from Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna, as well as multiple EMBA degrees and a Master's in Solution Focused Business Coaching.
