Helena Stephenson is an experienced professional in the field of housing services, currently serving as Assistant Director of Tenancy Services at the London Borough of Hackney since February 2023. Prior roles include Head of Housing Partnerships at the London Borough of Islington from July 2018 to February 2023 and Homelessness Strategy and Commissioning Manager at Haringey Council between May 2017 and July 2018. Helena has also held several positions at Westminster City Council over an eleven-year period, including Senior Service Transformation Manager, Senior Housing Needs Manager, Supporting People Development Manager, and Housing Needs Officer.
