Bethany Cullen is an experienced planning professional with a strong background in development management within local government. Currently serving as the Head of Development Management at the London Borough of Camden since September 2016, Cullen previously held the position of Area Delivery Lead for the East Area Planning Team at the London Borough of Lambeth from October 2014 to September 2016. Prior to this, Cullen managed the Development Management Team at the London Borough of Camden from 2006 to 2014. Educational qualifications include an MPhil in Town Planning from UCL (1999-2001) and a BSc (Hons) in Human and Physical Geography from the University of Reading (1995-1998).
