Chris Duran serves as the Infrastructure Manager at Loloi Rugs since July 2023. Previously, Chris held various roles at Microsoft from April 2011 to July 2023, including Senior Service Engineer, where responsibilities included leading infrastructure and DevOps migration efforts, and serving as the process documentation lead for living playbooks. Earlier experience at Microsoft also includes acting as a Program Manager, Certified SCRUM Master, and Product Owner for an internal self-service application, alongside global operations leadership for infrastructure updates. Prior to Microsoft, Chris worked as a Lab Engineer at VMC from April 2007 to April 2011, supporting and maintaining Microsoft products and systems. Chris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology from the University of Phoenix between 2018 and 2021.
