Shehan Lanka is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and field engineering. Since December 2014, Shehan has been working as an IT Support Technician at LOLC Technologies Limited, where skills in troubleshooting and customer service have been further developed. Prior experience includes roles as a Field Engineer at Softlogic Holdings PLC and Thakral One, alongside work as a Computer Technician at VSP Computers, all from June 2013 to December 2014. Shehan holds an NVQ Level 4 in Computer Hardware Engineering from the Vocation Training Authority, completed in 2013, and has additional educational background from Richmond College.
