Nisala Kodituwakku, possessing an MBA and CSM certification, has extensive experience in software engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as a Tech Lead at LOLC Technologies Limited since May 2011, overseeing over 10 developers in banking and lending developments. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Diligent Consulting Group, and Software Engineer positions at Lanka Bell, JANASHAKTHI INSURANCE PLC, and Qsoft PVT Ltd, where Nisala contributed to system analysis, design, development, and enhancements across various software systems.
