Tom Baelden has extensive experience in operational leadership, currently serving as COO at LolaLiza since January 2013. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at A.T. Kearney from July 2007 to December 2012, progressing from Senior Business Analyst to Manager, and also worked as a Researcher at the Belgian Governance Institute from August 2002 to June 2007. Tom's academic background includes two master's degrees from Ghent University—one in Business (1998-2002) and another in Philosophy with a focus on Logic (1996-2001)—as well as a foundational education from College Tielt (1990-1996).
