Sofie Damen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and organizational management. Currently serving as Directeur Personeel & Organisatie at Lokaal bestuur Beerse since June 2023, Sofie has been a loopbaancoach at Make me Fly! and a coach at reSet coaching since December 2015 and November 2015 respectively. In previous roles, Sofie worked as Coach P & O at Buitengewoon Beerse, focusing on supporting employee teams and organizational development with a strategic wellness approach from May 2018 to June 2023, and served as OCMW-secretaris at OCMW Beerse from August 2000 to May 2018, where administrative integration between the OCMW and municipality was prioritized. Starting a career as a onderzoeksassistente at the Universiteit van Antwerpen, Sofie holds a Master's degree in International Politics from the University of Antwerp and recently completed a postgraduate program in positive psychology from September 2021 to June 2023.
