Letícia Schadeck has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Letícia started their career as a Seller (jovem aprendiz) at MILIUM in 2010. Later, they worked as an Office Clerk at iTFLEX Tecnologia from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Letícia served as an HR Consultant at Autojun.

From 2016, they entered the field of psychology and vocational guidance, working as a Trainee at Psychology Junior Enterprise - Persona and as a Research Fellow at the Vocational and Professional Guidance Lab at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.

Letícia then joined Linx in 2016 and held multiple roles. Letícia initially worked as an HR Intern, leading recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Later, they became a Tech Recruiter responsible for recruiting IT professionals. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting leadership with performance evaluations and personnel analytics.

At SmartMEI, Letícia took on the role of Head of People from 2019 to 2021. Letícia set up the people area, created hiring and onboarding processes, and developed policies for career tracks, compensation, and people development.

Currently, Letícia is working at Loja Integrada. Letícia started as a Tech Recruiter and People Partner, handling recruitment for various tech positions. Letícia then became a Hiring Team Leader and People Partner before assuming their current role as Head of People.

Throughout their career, Letícia has demonstrated expertise in people management, recruitment, onboarding, career development, and employee care.

Letícia Schadeck completed their education as follows:

- From 2019 to 2021, Letícia pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Desenvolvimento Humano e Psicologia Positiva from IPOG - Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Graduação.

- From 2013 to 2018, Letícia obtained a college degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
