Lilli Gampe has extensive work experience in the medical industry, particularly with Lohmann & Rauscher. Lilli started their career with the company in 2005 as a Trainee Internationales Marketing and worked their way up, taking on roles such as Produktmanager OR Drapes and Head of Set-System & Hygiene / Internationales Marketing. In 2018, they became a Projektmanager and later transitioned into the position of Value Added Services Manager. Currently, Lilli holds the position of Head of L&R OPTILINE / Global Marketing, showcasing their leadership skills and expertise in global marketing strategies.

Lilli Gampe began their education in 2003 at VWA Koblenz, where they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Lilli completed their studies in 2006 and obtained a Betriebswirt VWA qualification. Afterward, Lilli enrolled at Avans University of Applied Sciences in 2009 to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the field of Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Lilli completed their studies there in 2010.
