Amie Li began their work experience at the Canada Revenue Agency as a call center agent in 2012. Amie then worked at MetCap Living, starting as an accounts payable administrator in 2013 and later becoming a property accountant from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Amie joined Sienna Senior Living as an accountant, a role they held until 2021. Currently, they are working as a financial analyst at LogiSense Corporation, starting in July 2021.

Amie Li obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Brock University during the period of 2010 to 2012.
