Natalie S. has been working in the field of human resources and operations for the past decade. Natalie began their career in 2012 as an Office Manager at Emma Loyfman ODPC. In 2017, they joined HappiLabs.org as a Human Resource Manager and Recruiter. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed People Operations Manager at Logik.io Commerce Engine.

Natalie S. has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Roosevelt University, which they received in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Sociology from Waubonsee Community College in 2015. Natalie has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Crisis Communication for HR, Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies, Being an Effective Team Member, Employee Experience, Emotional Intelligence Basics, Human Resources: Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits, Project Management Simplified, and Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters, all obtained between April 2022 and November 2022.
