Richard Phillips has a diverse and extensive work experience in the property asset management industry. Richard started their career as an Estate Manager at Saville Gordon Estates plc & Industrious Asset Management Limited in 1998 and worked there until 2005. In this role, they managed numerous industrial and office assets in the Midlands region and East Anglia.

Following that, Richard joined Brixton plc as an Associate Director of Asset Management and Leasing from 2005 to 2006. Here, they were responsible for managing 33 multi-tenanted industrial estates totaling 4.9 million square feet.

After Brixton plc, Richard worked as an Asset Manager at Dunedin Property Asset Management Ltd from 2006 to 2009. Richard'sresponsibilities included managing property assets during this period.

Richard then joined SEGRO plc as an Asset Manager - National Markets from 2009 to 2012. In this role, they managed asset operations in national markets.

Later, Richard joined Prestbury Investments as a Senior Asset Manager from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they held a senior position within the company, overseeing asset management.

Richard'slatest role was as a Portfolio Director at Logicor, starting in 2014 and continuing till the present. As a Portfolio Director, Richard is responsible for managing the company's portfolio.

Richard Phillips attended Woodrush High School from 1985 to 1990, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, from 1993 to 1996, they attended Birmingham City University and earned a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management.
