Gilberto Yoshiaki Yamanouchi is an experienced Oracle Retail Consultant at Logic Information Systems since November 2014, contributing to the development team for Oracle projects and creating technical specifications for new features on RFM v14.1. Prior to this role, Yamanouchi worked as a Peoplesoft Analyst at GRPCOM from April 2011 to October 2014, where involvement included requirement analysis, project planning, and deadline management for internal client needs. Earlier experiences include an internship at GRPCOM, developing requirements using PeopleCode and PL/SQL, as well as providing support for Peoplesoft CRM 9, and another internship at COPEL focused on development using Borland Delphi 7. Gilberto holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, obtained between 2007 and 2014.
