Erick Costa is an experienced Product Manager currently at Logcomex since April 2021, overseeing the Logbot and Visibility squads using agile methodologies (Scrum). Responsibilities include managing roadmaps and backlogs, as well as mapping processes for data acquisition and new feature development. Previously, Erick served as Product Owner for internal products and Logbot, and as a Business Analyst developing processes for customized projects and market analysis. Prior experience includes a 12-year tenure at Bandeirantes Logística Integrada, where roles ranged from IT Coordinator to Senior Systems Analyst, focusing on system optimization, project leadership, and team management. Erick holds a Postgraduate degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Santa Cecília.
